 with sour cream, garlic sauce and vinegar.

Vegetable soup

Hearty soup made with vegetables like carrots, celery and potatoes.

MAIN

"Mititei"

Grilled ground meat rolls

Grilled ground meat rolls made from a mixture of beef, lamb and pork. Served with mustard and fresh bread.

"Pomana porcului"

Pork feast

Pork stew with tomato sauce, Romanian polenta and salty cheese. Can be served with pickled vegetables.

"Sarmale"

Stuffed cabbage rolls

Pickled cabbage leaves rolled around a filling of ground meat and rice. Served with polenta and chili peppers.

"Tocăniță de legume"
Vegetable stew

Vegan dish made with mushrooms, bell peppers and sauteed onions. Can be served with Romanian polenta.
